Common Questions
What's included in the free intro session?
It's a 30-minute Zoom meeting where we get to know each other, go over the situation, and figure out a plan. No payment info required, no commitment — just a conversation to make sure we're a good fit.
Do packages expire?
No. Your hours never expire. Use them on your schedule — whether that's twice a week or once a month.
How does in-person pricing work?
There's no extra fee for in-person sessions — the rate is the same. The only difference is that my round-trip travel time is included as part of the booked session time. I'm based in Honolulu and I'll always give you an estimate for your location up front so there are no surprises. I also do my best to minimize travel time by scheduling nearby students back-to-back when possible.
What's your cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Life happens — I'm flexible when I can be. Full details are in the Terms of Service.
Can I switch between online and in-person?
Absolutely. Many students start with in-person sessions and transition to online once they're comfortable. Whatever works best for your week — we'll make it work.
